Accessibility Statement
This statement was updated on 15 July 2026.
Aya, operated by Velts, is committed to making its website at tryaya.app usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the requirements of Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at conformance Level AA.
Conformance status
We target WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Most of the site meets this level. Where a component does not yet fully conform, it is listed under Known limitations below, and we are working to remediate it.
Measures we have taken
- Semantic HTML with landmark regions and a logical heading order.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible skip-to-content link.
- Colour contrast that meets AA for body text and interactive elements, in both light and dark themes.
- Support for the reduced-motion preference.
- A right-to-left (RTL) Hebrew layout with the correct reading direction and mirrored components.
- Responsive layouts that reflow down to small screens and remain usable at 200% zoom.
- Text alternatives for icons and images, and labels for interactive controls.
Known limitations
- The binding versions of the Privacy Policy and Terms are the Hebrew originals. The English versions are convenience translations only.
Feedback and contact
